A: The beer is essentially jet black in color—only traces of dark brown are visible near the edges of the glass when held up to a bright light. It poured with a short tan head that left some patches of bubbles on the surface and a collar around th edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of coffee and roasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of coffee.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and yet thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little lighter in body compared to other milk stouts but has nice coffee flavors. It’s not a bad selection if you want something with coffee and roasted malts but isn’t overly heavy.
