A: The beer is very dark brown in color—black when viewed from afar. It poured with a half finger high light beige head that never completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of roasted malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of dark malts with notes of roasted malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There are some hints of dryness on the finish.
O: This is a lighter drinking stout and it goes down easily, even in the summer months.
