Aussie IPA
Crikey, you caught us! We put Vic Secret and Galaxy hops in the can and outback animals on the can. Every can has a silver lining and what's done is done. Just go with the flow and this too shall pass.

Single from brewery - had a 7 oz sample at the brewery split between two, bought a couple 16 oz cans.
From can pours a hazy pale yellow with slight orange tinge and 2 fingers tight foamy head.
Aroma on head piney, hoppy, a little dank. As the head fades nose is more fruity - over ripe orange, mango, ripe pineapple - reminds of drinking 5-Alive (orange/tropical juice drink).
Tastes at once juicy - orange, pineapple - and hoppy - piney grapefruit bitterness - bitterness finishes at back of tongue. As kept drinking the bitterness builds with an aspirin taste becoming a bit overwhelming - started great, but finished less so.
Medium mouthfeel - slightly astringent, grapefruit bitterness lingers.
Unfortunately (and I like bitter) I found the bitterness by the end of the 16 ounces taxing - whereas the 3-4 oz at the brewery was perfect.
