We've been cranking it up since day one, and we finally gone dunnit - we hit one hunnit. We're not about time outs, we prefer things Dimed Out. In fact, we spent the last 4 years trying to dull your taste buds in anticipation of this maxed-out milestone beer. Since we had to can our self congratulatory "100th beer part", we did sl literally - hopping a rager with Strata, Galaxy, Idaho 7, Simcoe, and HPA016.

Dimed Out pours into my glass hazy yellow amber in color. The head is cloudy, bone white, and decently lasting.
Taking a sniff, Dimed Out is intensely hop forward. I almost feel as though my nose has been assaulted, but in a good way as the hops are incredibly fragrant in nature. The hops are ripe, tropical, and juicy in nature. The center has a musky, resinous quality that seems at once to be both peach and building hop presence.
Dimed Out is medium bodied and very full flavored. Big flavors of fresh bread dough combine with lightly toasted bread and ripe peaches. Flavors build towards the center to include a broad, yeasty quality. The finish is a 2 by 4 hop smack right in the kisser. It's a big, bold, spicy, woody sort of hop smack.
On the one hand, its flavors are fairly straightforward. They're all about the hops with more hops in the middle and big hops in the finish. Oh, and did I mention the hops? That being said, Dimed Out carries its huge alcohol and its huge hop profile very deftly leaving one with a beer that is drinkable and enjoyable despite its insane bigness.

Slightly hazed bright orange-apricot pour with finger of tight bubbly white head.
Nose ripe tropical fruit, tangerine, over ripe orange, mango - hint of pine, resin, and just a bit weedy and dank.
Sweet boozy caramel malt, tangerine, tropical, ripe citrus - resinous with building hop oil bitterness.
Full and boozy mouthfeel - sticky resinous bittersweet hop explosion with moderate carbonation - lingering tropical and citrus flavours and boozy and bitter warmth.
Reminiscent of Bells Hopslam.
