Look: Dark black-brown, lacing, very thin foam head.
Smell: An apple-like fruity aroma, very sweet on the nose, floral.
Taste: Very sour with a grapefruit/apple kind of front tartness, fading to a more pleasantly ashy roast grain. Aftertaste of ashy burnt coffee. Decent bitterness.
Feel: Nice thick beer with a pleasant smoothness.
Overall: Very aggressively fruity-sour, but seems to be well made. Wouldn't try again, but if you ever liked mixing an apple cider with your stout, this might be your choice.
