can poured into teku
Three finger broke fluffy foam cap, good retention over a translucent copper liquid with numerous active streams of microcarbonation, scant lacings
Don't get much of an aroma
taste is unique, maybe pistachio? vanilla cream. a true tongue twister
good sudsing, creamy mouthfeel , tartness on the tip of my tongue on the finish
good beer but definitely hard to pigeonhole

The Nectar Beers are a series of "Milkshake" IPAs - River Styx Brews them more like lighter hopped ales. The hops are not over powering, allowing the flavors of the adjuncts to come forward.

This is River Styx third foray into the Aristaues line. Slightly hazy, subtle smell of pistachio...smooth and lightly carbonated. Very unique in flavor.
