Another amazing stout from River Styx Brewing. Notes of Chocolate and cream. Booze is well hidden. Thick dark color like motor oil. Easy drinking for such a high alcohol content.

Pours two shades shy of black with ruby highlights around the edges and when backlit. No head, other than a thin, tight band around the shoulders. Lovely barrel presence in the nose - reminds me of BCBS. Some wood, burt sugar, ethanol toffee, cocoa and vanilla. Taste follows nose; however, it's really quite watered down. Not sure how the nose can be so bold and the flavor profile so much more diminished. Mouthfeel is light-medium (closer to light) with a still carbonation. Overall, a bit lackluster. I wouldn't sit on these bottles too long.
