Excellent New England IPA - Hazy and hoppy. River Styx does a great job with balance on their IPAs. There is a subtle sweetness to balance out all the hops.

Amber color and cloudy. Moderate head but little lacing.
Strong tropical fruit aroma of mango and pineapple. Sweet without any notable bitterness.
The first flavor is lightly sweet but it dries out quickly. The fruity aspects are here but there's a strong bittering pepper in the finish. A surprisingly low level of alcohol warmth, given the high abv. Rich body with a muted carbonation level. Longer aftertaste than most.
