Pours an opaque orange tan color with a small frothy head and some lacing.
Smells piney out of the can and more citrusy in the glass. It's taste definitely has a wheat tang to it along with citrus and some light pineapple notes. Has a lightly bitter finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Light dry mouthfeel.
This is adventurous brew. I've only had wheat IPA's from one California brewery. This one is a bit more tangy, bitter and edgy. If experiments continue along this line I would suggest more sweetness like maybe add some honey?
