Collaboration with Gilded Skull Brewing and Blending
Conditioned on Plum, Whisky Dipped Shortbread Cookies, Dark Chocolate, Cacao Nibs, vanilla, lactose and a hint of sea salt. This full bodied imperial stout has a complex flavor profile with lots of Dark Chocolate and cacao layered with plum, giving the impression of red wine on the finish.

loved this - very unique with the plum - almost like a wine flavor and the adjuncts were right on

Pours black with a large bubbly head that ends with no lacing.
Smells of coffee and chocolate. Tastes of bitter coffee , dark chocolate, toasted malt and sweet dark fruit.
Medium heavy body with light carbonation. Lush lightly syrupy mouthfeel.
This is an excellent nuanced sweet sipping brew.
