Brewery 33

Nice place! We visited on a cold March Friday evening. Looks like there is a huge outdoor space in the back, would like to see that in the summer! Staff was nice, beer was good, sadly no food. We had to make due with nuts and beef jerky. They do have food trucks on Saturday and you can bring food from other places.
They filed the story's about all their beer names and made them available in big folders throughout the taproom, great idea!
We enjoyed our visit!

Very local place, but super friendly. Six cats live at the brewery. Decent size tap list, flights an option. No food, but they have food trucks from time to time. Beer was mediocre, but a nice little place

Vibe: This place is located in an industrial-like building located next to a limited access highway and a farm. They had a medium-sized taproom in the front of the building and an outdoor seating area in the back.

Quality: Beers were served in pint glasses at the proper temperature.

Service: There was only one bartender working when I visited but I never had to wait long for a beer. I was particularly impressed with their ordering system for flights as they had small index cards where you wrote the numbers of the beers you wanted on it and just handed it to the bartender.

Selection: A total of 15 beers were available on-tap, one of which was a rotating tap from a guest brewery. Beers were available in multiple sizes (i.e., 12 oz, 16 oz, 20 oz) and flights of four beers were available.

 

Really cool small taproom with live music on weekends. Good beers but limited food.

 

This brewery just opened a few months ago, and is doing a great job for being new. The pub is located on a portion of the first floor of an office building about a mile outside of town near Lake Logan. (GPS had them located on the adjacent street a few hundred feet away.) A bar with stools is located in the center of one wall of the pub, and the brewing equipment is visible through a window behind the bar. Tables/chairs are situated in the remaining pub space. A door at the far end of the pub opens to the side lawn of the building where 6 picnic tables are located, essentially providing a beer garden for the brewery.

We ordered two 4-glass samplers so that we could try most of their beers (11 were available), and we came back the next day with friends to have more beer so that we ended up trying all 11 of them. All but one of the beers exceeded its style characteristics (the brown ale was just average) so that we gave an overall score of 3.75 (out of 5) to them. A gose is one of the beers, and three other beers on the menu were flavored versions of it. (Mango, lime and peach.) We usually don't like fruity beers but these three turned out to be our favorites of the group along with the Rock House Red (a maple amber) and the Falls Mill Milk Stout.

There is no food served here but on many weekends they have a food truck (various) parked by the beer garden, so check their website for the schedule if you visit the brewery and hope to have food too. For a newly-opened brewery, they're off to a great start, and I predict an even better future. I'll come back when I'm in the area again.
