This is a very small brewery (pico-brewery size). They typically have 5-6 of their own beers plus at least 4-5 guest beers on tap. I am partial to their stout, although they often offer a few takes on IPAs as well, plus at least one or two other styles. Yes, they do tasters, either individually or in a flight. They also have a small selection of wines for non-beer drinkers. They have indoor and dog-friendly outdoor seating, although the outdoor section is basically little more than a part of the strip mall parking lot roped off with some tables, chairs, umbrellas, and some seats at narrow counters. There is a view of Morro Rock and a little traffic noise from HWY 1 , but not very loud or obtrusive. This tends to be mostly a hangout for locals who all love this place and the vibe is very much "neighborhood hangout" more than a "destination for people coming from afar", but locals are friendly and not territorial. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. You order at the counter and they hand you your beers and then bring food to your table when it is ready. The menu is limited to a couple sandwiches and a selection of various appetizers, all reasonably priced, and often with some new additions and/or deletions. The cheese plate is good. We typically go there for the beers and maybe some appetizers. It is not really a full lunch or dinner destination but it is very definitely worth a stop on the way No. from Morro Bay or So. from Cambria on Hwy 1. Check the hours. Midweek it tends to open in late afternoons. Longer hours on weekends. They also have a Facebook page.
