Appearance: Arrives a cloudy peach color with a thin head that fades to a ringlet, leaving a shard or two behind
Smell: Funky, with a lactic peach tone
Taste: Lactic sourness at the outset, with peach tones developing; funky and sour, through the middle, with considerable sourness in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Excited by this beer; really enjoy the funk and peach tones
