Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored with a wispy head that leaves a few spots
Smell: Tart apricot and oak tones
Taste: The apricot emerges at the outset and builds in tart intensity, through the middle; the oak emerges, after the swallow to complement the sour fruit
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation with a lot of pucker
Overall: This beer is what I look for in a fruited sour; nice job, Barrel Culture
