Mosaic, Amarillo, and Chinook Dry Hopped Berliner, open fermented in Spanish Red Wine Oak Puncheons, and fruited with Pink Guava, Passion Fruit, and Peaches

Appearance: Arrives with a one finger cap of foam topping the hazy honey colored liquid; the head fades quickly and leaves a few spots

Smell: Passion fruit and guava with the dry hopping adding a citrusy elements

Taste: The passion fruit and guava partner in the front end, with the citrus building through the middle; moderately tart, after the swallow

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Nice, but a bit too much going on; dry-hopping a Berliner may be doing too much for the style
