Received in a trade. Time to see if this brewery is all local hype or not. Shared with JLindros. Review #3100.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice slightly hazy orange golden hue with a nice white head that fades to leave nice halo.
S - Aromas of huge passion fruit, fresh and bright. Very very subtle vinous notes. Really smells like a glass of passion fruit! Absolutely incredible.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Enormous passion fruit, musty and lightly funky. Really just drinks like a glass of passion fruit juice. Great tartness and maybe a flash of vinous notes. Not much in the way of beer notes but man oh man.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp. A little flemmy.
O - Overall this was a very amazing very beer. The passion fruit is almost comically huge. Incredibly impressive and utterly shocking. Definitely NOT hype.

Thanks to rudzud
Big creamy fluffy 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, little lacing, murky apricot orange color
Nose all fresh passion fruit, tart passion fruit, little creamy malt, little passion fruit ice cream, faint malt, faint wine barrel vinous notes very light
Taste incredibly tart, flemmy like acidic tart fruit, loads of passion fruit, so much fresh passion fruit juice with loads of acidic, big acid.
Mouth med bod huge acidity, flemmy, decent carb
Overall incredible passion fruit but lacking in beer aspect
