Appearance: Pours mauve with a full, pinkish head that sticks well and leaves webby lacing
Smell: Raspberry, black currant and tart cherry tones
Taste: All the fruit flavors detected in the aroma interplay, bringing some sweet but ultimately more tart tones; after the swallow, the tartness continues to build to a very acetic finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; puckery
Overall: Very fruity but also very tart; not for those who don't like a lot of sourness
