Appearance: Arrives hazy and the color of black raspberry juice; the mauve head clings and leaves some strands
Smell: Black raspberry, lactic and slightly funky
Taste: Lactic black raspberry with some funk and increasing tartness, through the middle; boysenberry, blackberry and cherry tones in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
