Appearance; Pours clear and the color of raspberry juice with a tint of orange; the head builds to a finger or two and then fizzes away; not much lacing
Smell: Raspberry tones, with both sweet and tart elements
Taste: Tart raspberry, growing aggressively acetic while maintaining some underlying sweetness; the middle brings on the oak; other fruit flavors in the finish include plum and red wine grape
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation; puckery
Overall: The Game Over series really needs to rest on sweeter fruits to balance the acetic elements and this one works well
