Red Wine Barrel Aged Game Over base beer fermented with a spontaneous mixed house culture and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy burnt orange with a massive head; nice retention and a copious smattering of lace
Smell: Citrus tones mingle with the lactic and vinous elements
Taste: Lactic and acetic, with tropical fruit and citrus pith; the finish is very acetic and vinegary
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; very puckery
Overall: I have tasted a lot of Barrel Culture beers; this one takes a different direction, bringing no fruit and relying on the hops; it doesn't work very well for me and is hard to drink
