Appearance: Pours with the full three fingers capping the cloudy orange colored liquid; splashy lacing all around

Smell: Tart tones of the three adjuncts - plum, pineapple and black currant; the fruit pierces through

Taste: Acetic tartness from the outset underpins the fruit tones - plum and black currant are dominant, with the pineapple adding a tropical element; after the swallow, the pucker factor builds into the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery

Overall: Half a year in and this is drinking very nicely; perhaps a touch too acetic but the fruit comes through nicely
