Appearance: Pours a hazy burnt orange; the head reaches one finger and leaves splashy lacing
Smell: Acetic aromatics, with a hint of stone fruit; plenty of oak, as well
Taste: Stone fruit flavors underpin, delivering a hint of sweetness that lingers from start to finish; from the outset, though, the flavor profile is dominated by the acetic sourness; very oaky, after the swallow, with a slightly vinous, red wine barrel edge, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Not for beginners, this is a beer for sourheads

Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of funky yeast, nice barrel notes. Good vinous wine notes, faint oak, juicy berries and fruits thanks to the barrels
T - Taste is similar to the nose with excellent sour lemon warheads going on. Huge citric acid notes, good light oaky barrels with nice wine notes as well. Very tart but bit unbearably so.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, decent body, not overly flemmy.
O - Overall this was a very solid wild from Barrel Culture. Really nice with bright acidity.

Light fizzy head fades almost instantly, hazy murky orange color
Nose nice tart stone fruit, a little peachy, decent wine barrel and vinous wine, quite tart and acidic, good wine and vinous in general, a little little buttery oak
Taste big sour funk, tart acidic funk, big acidity and souring bacteria, super sour and a bit sweet, like atomic war head, lemony and a bit peachy stone fruit, some vinous grape skin and wine barrel, little barrel buttery oak notes, big bright acidity, a bit of a flemmy finish not but bad
Mouth is med bod, nice fizzy carb, a bit flemmy but not bad for what it is, bright acidity
Overall a nice beer, good base sour and nice barrel showing, good fruit characters without actual fruit added, pretty nice.
