Appearance: Arrives hazy and mango colored with a thin head that fades quickly; not much lacing

Smell: Juicy tart peach tones; quite acetic

Taste: Acetic unripe peach with the barrel tones developing; quite oaky with a pithy finish; there might be some vanilla in the aftertaste but that may be the power of suggestion

Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; prickly

Overall: Really hard to pick up the vanilla in this batch but the sour fruit is certainly there

Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.

S - Aromas of super bright juicy peaches, peach skin, nice vanilla bean as well. Quite fragrant with good base golden ale.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with excellent juicy peach flesh, light peach skin. Nice peach gummy candies too. Vanilla is pleasant, not overpowering. Really well rounded. Almost a creamy oats thing going on. The vanilla is super balanced.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated with a nice body. Little creamy, very nice and smooth.

O - Overall this was a very nice wild from Barrel Culture. Really solid peaches with a nice backbone of vanilla.

Thanks to rudzud

Pours a nice creamy 1/2 finger head that fades at a med pace, a bit of lacing, murky candy orange color

Nose plenty of peach and stone fruit, almost apricot like, juicy peach but very creamy too, little lactic acid and creamy lacto like funk, some base sour funk, very light vanilla, little sour beer

Taste starts with more peach, loads of fresh peach, juicy peach and a bit of canned peach, little apricot stone fruit, some vanilla mixed in, little creamy vanilla icing on peaches for dessert, mild creamy wheat and sour mash, decent sour base beer, little bitter note with peach skin and a little citrus too, flaked something for base malt, touch tangy, little vanilla oaky note too interestingly, great balance of fruit, vanilla, base sour, etc. nice tart slight sticky flemmy acidic finish

Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy and fluffy, decent carb, fair acidity

Overall very nice, great peach, one of hte best peach representations in a beer I've had, great tart sourness, vanilla is good at times, lacking at others, decent sour base beer, good creamy fluffy,
