Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy purple ruby hue with a thin white head that fades to leave nice thin blanket.
S - Aromas of nice tart cherries little sweet boysenberries, light almost metallic notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice tart cherries and bright boysenberries. There is some soft vanilla barrel notes and a little bit of tartness. Finish is unintentional bacteria funk that definitely shouldn't be there.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, good lightly juicy fruit notes.
O - Overall this was a rather solid with nice berry notes and sweet berries. Quite pleasant!

Pours a big pillowy frothy foamy pinkish head that fade semi slowly, dark murky ruby purplish color
Nose loads of berry, creamy raspberry sherbert, tart berry, a little tannic seed, touch of malt, a little syrupy malt but more tart berry and acidic funk
Taste brings sweet malt, a bit syrupy sweet candy, fair acidic tartness and berry fruit, a bit of raspberry and generic berry, bit of tart acidity with mild funk like, plenty of juicy berry and lingering tart flemmy loads of fruit, weird lacto funk
Mouth is med bod, decent fluffy carb but a bit light, mild flemmy acidity
Overall disappointed, OK at best

Appearance: Arrives cloudy and red plum colored with a one finger head: a few strands of lace
Smell: Oaky with tart fruit tones; the boysenberry and currant tones are more distinct while the cherry rounds it out
Taste: The cherry appears first and hangs around underneath while the boysenberry and currant build in the sour direction; okay, vinous and dry, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; prickly
Overall: The oak is powerful here while the tartness is quite bold; less balanced than some of the others I have had from this brewery but the Game Over series emphasizes the sour aspect
