Appearance: Arrives hazy and the color of juiced tangerines; the fluffy head leaves wisps and spots
Smell: Tangerine dominant, with sweet and tart tones; hint of pineapple
Taste: Juicy tangerine flavors forward, alternating between sweet marshmallow and tart pith; pineapple tones develop through the middle; while the marshmallow lingers into the finish it is the tartness that remains in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: A fruited sour with marshmallow is a crazy idea but it sure takes the edge off and adds another dimension
