Appearance: Pours clear with an orange tinted rose color; the head rises to one finger and then leaves a lot of splashy lacing behind
Smell: Tart strawberry, with some funk and acetic tones; oak and vinous tones abound
Taste: Acetic strawberry flavors from the outset with some barrel and vinous tones building through the middle and into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; puckery
Overall: The vinous flavors are most pronounced with the strawberry fading into the background; I would have preferred the strawberry notes I detected in the aroma to be more prominent

Received in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy strawberry red with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of excellent red wine notes, little oak barrel. Good strawberry jam notes, though not much fresh berries. Nice vanilla barrel notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice bright vinous notes, really great red wine notes, tons of oak barrel and vanilla. Really big strawberry jam flavour without the fresh berry.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, quite acidic on the finish.
O - Overall this was a very solid strawberry beer with excellent vanilla barrel notes.

Thanks to rudzud
Light fizzy pillowy pinkish head, rosy slight pinkish ruby red color, a bit of lacing
Nose explodes with sour bacteria and strawberries, some strawberry fruit and lots of jam, tart sour lambic like funky nice vinous red wine, and a little barrel, wine barrel with little souring funk, each nose if flashes between strawberries, sour funk, and red wine, and then vanilla barrel
Taste brings loads of vanilla barrel out front as well as ice cream, creamy flavors with a little orange even, mild strawberry jam, lots more tart funk, souring bacteria, a bit of acidity, more red wine almost port like red wine or a burgundy, tart mouth puckering but also juicy, some strawberry later, bit flemmy on the finish
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, fair acidity and flemmy
Overall pretty nice, nose was great with all the good stuff, taste didn't have enough strawberry, but red wine barrel was nice all around
