Peachy Dream is our Durham Wild Ale aged on hundred of pounds of fresh local white peaches, then lightly blended with Ugandan Vanilla Beans

touch of head with nice lacing somehow, very hazy blond color
Nose loads of fresh peach, juicy peach and a little canned, some tart slight sour notes, touch of malt and bitter notes, plenty of wheat dough and cake batter, very n ice base blond beer, touch of vanilla
Taste brings a lot more peach, fresh peach, tons of fresh juicy peach but mostly pit and lots of tart sour peach funk, little flemmy lactose thing, sour lemony notes and fair acidity, some decent vanilla with the cake batter, so sour tart, finishes very flemmy acidic tart, loads of stone fruit lingering
Mouth is med bod but super tart acidic flemmy, lighter carb
Overall started great with loads of peach but the sour flemmy funk which was nice at first really went over board and got out of hand, but still a nice beer

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of nice blonde ale, the peach is nice but subtle. Light cake batter, little vanilla.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice vanilla cake batter. Tons of sour tart peach pit, lightly juicy. Super tart.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, quite flemmy.
O - Overall this was a very solid fruited beer from Barrel Culture. The peach is pleasant but really tart!
