Taste: Acetic pink guava and raspberry tones build in fruity intensity, through the middle, with the red wine barrel adding a vinous element; the oak dries out the flavor somewhat, though the tart fruit lingers
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; quite puckery
