Poured out as a hazy yellow color without a head on top. The smell of the beer has a subtle funky tart aroma with a boat load of apple and cinnamon on the nose. The taste brings out even more apple and cinnamon with a tart finish. The feel is medium bodied, kind of juicy. Overall I thought this was a pretty solid brew.
