Appearance: Arrives the color of blueberry juice, with an orange-tinted purple tone; the head comes in at one finger and leaves splashy lacing
Smell: Honeycrisp apple with a hint of cranberry
Taste: Honeycrisp apple forward, bringing a burst of sweet apple flavor; through the middle the cranberry adds a tart element as the sour aspect builds; while the finish still has lingering sweetness, it never overwhelms
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: The counterpoint between the apple and the cranberry makes this a very interesting fruited sour
