Dark magenta color with thin white head and lacing. Notes of cherry, raspberry jam, and coconut on the nose. Tastes of juicy sour cherries and coconut and gram cracker. Nice complex flavors for a sour. Smooth, thin mouthfeel. Really interesting and well-done sour. Nice one to try on pi day for all the other geeks out there like myself.

Vibrant ruby red with amazing head retention, which is fluffy yet straight edged, uniformly pinkish-white and satisfyingly dense with a sip, leaving spotty leopard lace behind.

All of the pie in both aroma and flavor, including spiced cherry, toasted crust, and an almost a caramel butterscotch aroma. Taste is perfectly tart sour cherry, which the currant and raspberry seem to emulate while also actually attributing a bit of lemon spritz. The light froth settles to a cotton dry finish, bringing out hints of marzipan, cinnamon and very light green apple. Strains of vanilla hint at marshmallow from time to time, and a big toasted maply oak aroma emerges as it warms. Wowowowow.

Pastry sour perfect. Bottles may vary, particularly not benefitting from the amazingly delicate mouthfeel from their in-house draft, but it's just so perfect on draft.
