A mixed-culture farmhouse ale fermented with our house saison strains and finished with our house brettanomyces and lactobacillus cultures before refermenting on mango and guava.

Hazy yellow-orange with a bubbly, fuzzy white blanket quickly dispersing to an uneven collar.

This features seedy, wild and fragrant tart guava that again is quite sour, accented by notes of grapefruit and orange.

Looks like mango juice, no visible carbonation, no head and no lacing. Smells of guava, mango and a bit of funk. Tastes of guava, mango, malt, a bit of funk and quite sour. The mango really comes through on the back end and has a lingering mango finish. Light side of medium bodied, soft carbonation, mouth feel is on the thick side with a lingering dry and sour finish.

This was absolutely awesome. Nice, balanced tartness with a beautiful guava funk to it.

Light yellow and slightly hazy with minimal head. Smells of guava mango and sourness. Taste is mango, guava and building sourness with a clean malt backbone and slight funk. Finish is lingering sourness, guava and mango with slight funk. Fairly light in body with somewhat light carbonation that borders on being inadequate while the acidity brings a drying finish. Overall a very fruit forward and well executed sour beer.
