The color of this veers pretty close to neon Fruit Roll-Ups red with pinkish hues and a short fuzzy white collar.

Taste is pretty sharply sour relative to the first Pie Time, as the firm carbonation brings out that pie crust character that is still present here. The finish brings out some blueberry, but there is less here than I was expecting, since the raspberry + black currant was so expressively delicious. This features more tart lemon than anything.

Damn, blueberry is so hard to get out of a beer, but if anyone could do it well I really thought BC would be the ones.

This was absolutely amazing. Perfectly balanced between a nice, natural blueberry along with tartness and a nice, dry pie crust finish.

Deep purple in color with a finger of light pink head. Smells of vanilla, blueberries, pie crust, and maybe a slight hint of cinnamon. Taste is huge blueberry and vanilla with some building sourness, nice sweetness to balance with some pie crust like notes and just a hint of some spice. Nice sour blueberry on the finish with more vanilla slight oak and some more pie crust. This beer is on the light aode of medium in body with slightly effervescent carbonation while the beer has a drying finish. Overall this is a delicious and very well executed beer.
