You know what we're talking about, right? Remember when your grandma would slice up peaches and throw them in a skillet with cinnamon and vanilla? Well if not we got you covered right here. This barrel-aged mixed fermentation golden sour got the royal treatment of peaches, fresh cinnamon bark, and plump madagascar vanilla beans.

Cellared a year. Murky bright yellow body with a white ring. Nose has juicy sour peach front and center, funk moderately there, with vanilla and cinnamon behind in that order of intensity. Where the taste brings more of the vanilla and cinnamon with barrel funk to join the peach in the spotlight. The feel is decently acidic to the point where you cannot enjoy more than a few ounces, but the adjuncts don't take away from the sour peach presence, medium bodied.

Foggy dull orange head fizzle out quickly.
This certainly has that gooey cobbler or pfannekuchen flavor, like apple-peach pancake, as the effervescent tingly sourness comes with touches of cinnamon, vanilla and even caramelized brown sugar. It's yellow apple, pear and peach, all mild of fruits, but present, via a medium smooth body that finishes semi-dry.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a slightly hazy golden yellow which is topped by a finger of dense and rocky white head which fades quickly without a trace
S: Smells of peaches, vanilla, and cinnamon
T: taste is smooth vanilla and cinnamon followed up with some juicy peaches and pleasant sourness. Nice cinnamon and vanilla throughout with the peaches providing a nice sweetness. On the swallow there's more cinnamon, a hint of citrus vanilla, and more lingering peach flavor.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is smooth and slightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this beer is delicious. It tastes exactly like what they wanted it to which is a peach dessert in a glass. All the flavor notes hit with a really nice amount of depth and balance without anything shining too brightly over and of the others. This is definitely a beer that I'd like to see come back around regularly.
