Pilsner, Wheat, Rye, and aged hops, fermented with our preferred kveik and farmhouse cultures before being inoculated with our house blend and laid to rest in barrels. Blended in stainless and conditioned on fresh ginger, lime zest, and black lime sea salt. Bottle conditioned.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a slightly cloudy light yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two finger white head which fades slowly to a collar round the edge of the glass with moderate lacing.
S: Smells of lots of ginger with a hint of lime. There's a touch of sourness there as well.
T: Taste is a nice sourness up front with a blast of spicy ginger. There's some lime that comes in as well along with some sharpness from the salt. On the swallow there's more ginger, lime and salty sharpness with some lingering sourness.
M: This beer has a body that is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is effervescent without being prickly while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really well done beer. Not a lot coming in from the base beer but the adjuncts help to make this one shine. Worth a try if you can get it or if they make it again.

500 mL bottle. Pours clear golden. Smells of ginger, lime, and a light barnyard funk. Tastes pleasantly tart. Lime and ginger in equal quantities. Strong wheat grain. A little salt in the finish, which I don't usually actually taste when they put it in a beer. Medium light. Drinks easily. I'm a sucker for the ginger. Pretty good.
