Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a three finger head; excellent retention and a few shards
Smell: Lemon/lime, mango and pithy tones; bright with aspirin tones
Taste: Mango forward with the lemon/lime developing; very pithy, in the middle, with aspirin in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with crisp carbonation
Overall: Using pilsner malts and a rather austere selection of hops, the profile here is somewhat different that the typical NE IPA - I liked it even though I am not fond of the aspirin taste I get from Amarillo hops
