Appearance: Pours clear with an orange-influenced raspberry juice hue; the head billows to a finger and than slowly recedes, leaving spots of lace
Smell: Acetic and oaky, with raspberry tones and pie crust
Taste: Acetic with the raspberry poking through; oaky with funk and a red wine aspect building into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: As is typical of these early Barrel Culture beers, this is not a sour for beginners
