Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a two-finger head; excellent retention and squiggles of lacing
Smell: Bright and juicy, featuring papaya, lime and passionfruit
Taste: Juicy papaya and lime flavors forward with the passionfruit developing; moderately bitter through the middle with some malt to back up the flavors through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: My second NE IPA from Barrel Culture - these guys are not just into the barrel-aged wilds
