Appearance: Pours the color of a glass of Pinot Noir with a frothy little head that fades away; a few dots linger
Smell: Black currant and cherry tones with just a vague sense of raspberry; oaky with a red wine character
Taste: Tart black currant forward with the cherry and raspberry flavors emerging to provide a softer fruit profile; oaky and vinous, through the middle, with just a hint of the vanilla bean; increasingly tart, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Clearly my favorite of the Fearless series, this one stands out on its own as a really great sour
