A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a pinkish colored beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two finger light pink head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells intensely fruity with notes of raspberries and some passion fruit. There's a slight underlying sourness as well.
T: Taste is sour and juicy raspberries up front with some nice passion fruit notes along with what I'm guessing is a twang from the tamarind. Nice sourness throughout without being overbearing along with just a touch of funk. On the swallow there's more juicy sour raspberries, passion fruit and that twang with some slight creamy wheat at the very back end.
M: This beer is on the lighter side of things in body without falling on the side of being watery. Carbonation is effervescent and slightly prickly while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is another well executed fruited sour from barrel Culture. Really nice flavor profile and complexity with a pleasing amount of sourness.
