Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy mauve with a modest head that quickly fades to a ringlet, leaving a spattering on the glass
Smell: Blueberry, blackberry and vanilla tones waft along with a funky, cheesy aspect
Taste: Cheesy blueberry and vanilla forward with tart blackberry developing; dry and oaky, after the swallow and into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; slightly puckery
Overall: Glad to see Barrel Culture scale back their bracing acidity on this beer as this one lets the fruit shine through
