A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a slightly hazed light straw yellow beer which is topped by a small white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of tropical fruits and light sourness, slight hint of funk and a touch of cinnamon
T: Taste is tropical fruits. light sourness and hints of funk with a touch of coconut and some slight cinnamon. Really nice. On the swallow there's more tropical fruits, hints of sourness, coconut, and cinnamon.
M: The beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is slightly effervescent without being prickly while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. It has some good flavors and a nice amount of complexity. Everything is well balanced and plays well together which makes this a really enjoyable beer to drink.
