A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a hazy golden orange which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades fairly quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of tons of citrus zest with grapefruit being pretty forward on the nose. Nice sourness and some faded citra hop as well.
T: Taste is grapefruit, lemon, and oranges with some nice sourness that is slowly building along with some citra dry hop character. On the finish there's another round of all that citrus zest, some light sourness, and some lingering citra hop.
M: This beer is on the lighter side of things and teeters on feeling watery at times. Carbonation is effervescent without being prickly and due to the acidity the beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. Not the most in your face thing in the world but good flavors, nice complexity and well executed. Kinda sad that I moved and no longer have access to their product.
