A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a bright reddish pink which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white colored head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of raspberries and coconuts with some sourness and a hint of vanilla
T: taste is a little tart up front with some raspberries along with a ton of toasted coconut. Hints of funk and the sourness keeps coming around along with a touch of creamy wheat. Hints of vanilla toward the back end as well. On the swallow there's more vanilla, raspberries, coconuts, and lingering sourness with some touches of oak and funk.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of body with a slightly creamy feel on the palate. Carbonation is effervescent and slightly prickly while the acidity ensures that this beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is really good. The flavors are big and bold while playing very well together. Definitely one to be sipped and savored.
