This Helles is for the lager lovers looking for something a little more than a crispy boi. Gotta Stay Fly strikes a balance between the bready malt and floral noble hop character. A full bodied refresher, it’s the perfect companion for whatever gets you moving.

Crystal clear (SRM 3) and beautiful pale gold. A two-inch, dense white head held at one inch, forming a pillow for the duration. Thick patches of creamy fine lace painted the Strangebird IIPA glass. Meanwhile, ample clouds of chaotic carbonation rapidly swarmed upward from within.
Sweet grains and clean, crisp malt are followed by white bread and Ritz Crackers. Simply put, the aroma is elegant.
The flavor is clean and refreshing. Up-front sweetness is balanced by bitterness that lingers in a seemingly eternal and crisp finish. The Ritz Crackers are here without any buttery notes. There is a light touch of spicy herbs when one takes big gulps.
A medium body with a stiff, scratchy texture similar to nylon. Alcohol is as expected, as is the highly effervescent carbonation.
This beer was just right while relaxing with friends in North Carolina. I also found it to be effortlessly quaffable after a long and frenetic day the following week. Elegance exudes from the glass.
