Pie Time: Spontaneously Cherry

We wanted to give y'all something truly unique and special to us. Back in January of 2019, we filled two totes with wort that was comprised of 100% local malts and raw wheat thanks to our friends at Riverbend Malt House and Epiphany Malt. They then sat out next to fields in Hillsborough overnight to be inoculated by the yeast and bacteria in the air. We used this One Year Blend and whipped up a very tasty Pie Time for y'all. One Year Spontaneously Fermented Wild Ale brewed with cherries, graham cracker, and vanilla.
