Our lovely base sour loaded down with all of the apricot, lime, vanilla, cheesecake, ice cream, & graham cracker that it could handle. We’re really loving this one and can’t wait for y’all to try it!

A murky brown sludge sloshes below a quarter-inch muddy head. The head took about two minutes to develop, then just sat there, as a lid, depositing residue on the walls of an indignant Pretentious Glass Company Dimpled Mug, fondly known as "Sparkles". Small chunks of "something" emerge from and retreat back into the muck with each sip.
The aroma opens with unmistakable cheesecake and lime, with a pop of graham crackers following and building. Milk chocolate is also close at hand, becoming more prominent with warmth.
The tartness precisely matches the effect of sucking on a key lime. AND SWEET! I may need to visit a Dentist if my teeth ever stop ringing. The graham crackers some on strong in the middle and carry on into the finish. The finish does bring back key lime and gives one last punch of tartness to the tongue.
The body is full and fluffy, while the alcohol has no mouthfeel and was probably lost in the tartness. However, the alcohol definitely leaves an impression. The carbonation is soft and almost flat. Small bits of grit could very well be ground graham crackers.
Aside from the humorous appearance, this is a very tasty beer. The tartness and acidity prevented me from attempting two in a row. It is certainly a dessert beer and compares well to key lime pie. I wouldn't attempt pairing the two, for fear that it would damage my mouth. ;-)
