A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + apricot + peach + pale burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a small to medium sized patch of medium sized thin covering approximately 10% of the surface of then beer surrounded by a medium to large sized patch of mottled very thin film covering approximately 50% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of toasted + biscuit + pale + caramel malts with a very light amount of caramel sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast. Light aromas of spicy + earthy hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than moderate flavors of toasted + biscuit + pale + caramel malts with a very light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a light flavor of spicy + earthy hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp + refreshing + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable with nice complex malt flavors + aromas and just enough hops to balance it out - neither sweet nor too bitter.
