Pours an opaque black with a thin off white head. Smells of roasted malt with pine and resiny notes as well. Tastes of roasted malts and tart citrus, and has a bitter pine aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel with light carbonation and a very dry finish. All in all a decent, complex take on the black IPA trend.
