Watson's Wheat ale is named after a local witty canine. Similar in color to Watson's coat, this light golden ale is refreshingly balanced. A large portion of malted wheat lends to a moderate bready, grainy flavor. Though the beer was not designed with high complexity, it is anything but elementary.
